- Slight left onto B2109, (continue 0.7 mi.)
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Seaford Rd/
A259. (continue 1.6 mi) - Turn right onto Marine Parade. (continue 1.1 mi)
- Find Seaford Lifeguards HQ on the east side of the Salts Recreation ground.
From the East:
- Head west on A27.
- At the roundabout (Beddingham) take the 1st exit on to A26. (continue 1.6 mi)
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A26. (continue 4.4 mi)

- Find Seaford Lifeguards HQ on the east side of the Salts Recreation ground.

- Brighton -Lewes

- At the roundabout, turn right onto Church St
- Turn right onto Dane Rd carry on to the seafront
- Turn right onto Marine Parade
- Then walk approximately 200ft and Seaford Lifeguards HQ is on your Right.

- Head west on Sutton Park Rd/
A259 toward Broad St Continue to follow A259 - At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Church St

- Then walk approximately 200ft and Seaford Lifeguards HQ is on your Right.
